This Estate is a Peet FAILURE. They fail in many respects..poor planning, poor maintenance, poor landscaping, slow development of proposed parks and recreational areas.THINK TWICE BEFORE BUYING A BLOCK IN THIS ESTATE. THERE ARE MANY MANY BETTER OPTIONS.....DO YOUR HOMEWORK AND SPEAK TO THE MANY DISGRUNTLED RESIDENTS FIRST..YOU WILL BE GLAD YOU DID AND AVOID THE ANXIETY AND FRUSTRATION MANY LOCALS HAVE CARRIED FOR YEARS.The foreshore development is an excellent area to run around, kick a ball, have a bbq etc and Oceans 27 is an excellent place to eat for breakfast, lunch or dinner and is run by a very likeable and enthusiastic owner called George.It's a pity the Developer has lost its way in this Estate development. It it obvious that the Developer is more concerned about its shareholders dividend remuneration than lifting the standard of the area to the promised expectations of past and present customers. They are following the steps the Banks once trod...the customer always comes second to the Shareholder...Many stage developments and remediation to fix poorly build feature walls are on the never never...In my opinion so far they have seriously failed this POTENTIAL PREMIUM ESTATE..

I feel very fortunate that I was recommended by a friend to chat with the team at Intoplace when I was looking for a townhouse builder for our narrow lot in Beeliar. The whole experience to date has been really smooth. The workmanship and trades have been quality, they communicate frequently and best of all the build has progressed swiftly with no lengthy delays. We've found the building process really enjoyable. We are so appreciative of all the hard work and care that has gone into building our beautiful townhouse and we can’t wait to move in!

Multiply Property Group - Buyers Agent, Subdivision & Surveyors in Perth
I used Subpro as a buyers agent to purchase my first home and future investment property. I felt the knowledge & experience was great, however was no after care service. The property was a potential subdivision, in which I asked to see the feasibility and numbers done on the property. I was promised for this to be sent through but never got anything.Upon settlement I was also promised a proposal on the potential subdivision as well as a gift to say thank you. (Not to fussed on not receiving the gift, but there were a number of broken promises)I will now need to seek further professional advice on how to tackle the subdivision, as the numbers I have come up with don't prove to be very feasible. (However, I am not an experienced investor)Nothing was ever received, and communication ceased once settlement was achieved. There were a number of broken promises and the experience I was left with after settlement, felt like I was a client with a fee to pay, and once that fee was payed all service and after care stopped.On discussion with other investors, there are buyers agents out there that have a slightly lower fee and provide more feedback and input into the investment home.Do your research and meet with a few buyers agents before you make your final decision.

Danmar Homes - Brilliant Building Company!!Our dream home in Wembley Downs began life mid July 2017 when after extensive searching we chose Danmar Homes to be our builder. We selected Danmar Homes because there were a number of items of the build we wished to complete with our own contractors such as air conditioning, solar power, pool, landscaping and timber flooring and Danmar were happy to accomodate our wishes. We also felt during our initial discussions and consultations we were listened to. Jim McMahon was our designer and hats off to Jim he listened and provided us with a concept. Then we changed some bits, he listened again, provided revision 1, we changed some more bits, he listened…. and to cut a very long story short Jim patiently listened I have no idea how many times. I think we eventually settled and signed off on revision 10. Thanks for your patience Jim.The next stage was the planning approval process. Again Danmar’s approach we felt was excellent. They stayed on top of the process, kept us in the loop, discussed with us the minor changes council requested, made them and obtained our final planning approval. And we were all good to commence building!! Roo Hoo!!I’m sure by this time “these people (us) are the clients from hell” was beginning to get banded around the offices. And so a lady by the name of Nicole drew the short straw as our client liaison officer. We met her for some preliminary discussions in December of 2017 and straightaway Nicole was very forthcoming offering us tips with materials and colour selections. We felt more comfortably armed now to make our material selections ready for our pre start meeting. Hmm!! If you believe Jim had the patience of a saint during the design stage, Nicole deserved a Nobel prize for patience during the construction stage. In all, throughout the construction process, lets just say we made a significant number of changes and many of these were changes to changes, yet Nicole took them all in her stride and accommodated each and everyone. Also, during the construction period we were emailed photos of our build every week without fail. A really nice touch we thought enabling us to make an album of our build.Our building supervisor was Paul. Paul was the poor soul who not only had to supervise our build but also had to implement the one or two (actually many) changes we made throughout the build. But nothing got left out, everything was included. Our slab went down in late February 2018 and our 2 story 372sqm. home was handed over in early April 2019. That’s pretty amazing!! Yes, during the construction period there were a few challenges but these were dealt with and resolved swiftly through very open channels of communication. The ‘tradies’ were very good, friendly and obliging and it was a joy to watch our home come to life. Whilst building a new home is generally considered one of the more stressful things one might take on in life all in all we’d like to say Danmar Homes de-stressed the process pretty much down to nil. In the current market of building companies going under and stories of poor quality workmanship surfacing we think Danmar Homes did a truely amazing job. The overall quality of the build throughout was extremely good and we felt the price was very good. Without question we would highly recommend Danmar Homes. Thanks to all at Danmar Homes for our beautiful new home.

New Choice Homes
We just finished building our home with New Choice Homes. We had a difficult block size of 12m frontage by 42m long with a 3m decline over the length (neighbours wouldn’t allow us to retain the rear), which made it difficult to find off the plan designs that suited our block and the type of house we wanted. We spent a fair bit of time with New Choices Sales & Design team to develop the perfect layout house for our block whilst suiting our lifestyle and growing family. It turned out to be a fairly custom design with a lot of special inclusions. Overall the process went very smoothly and the whole team were super helpful. As with all builds there were a few minor hiccups but everything was picked up, resolved and fixed in a timely manner with no headaches. The construction team did a great job keeping the job flowing and we had the house handed over within 7 months of the slab going down, including painting, flooring etc which was really impressive considering the size of the house and how many additions and specials we included. We’ve been in the house for nearly four weeks now and we’re extremely happy with everything, there hasn’t been anything that we’ve noticed after the build that we really regret or wish we thought of which shows how helpful working with New Choices experience upfront on the layout and designs really paid off for the end product. Overall would more than happily build with New Choice Homes again and would recommend to friends and family.
