Knew this builder from Phil - Candour Property, a building broker who recommended and dealt with the owner himself.Nothing but poor communication with lots of excuses especially from Elise and Brian the director. 8 months from PPA and countless of errors for Prestart and Working drawings to be finalised.The delays, constant stress, chasings, empty promises and the construction hadn't even begun. We understand the challenges that building industry currently face, but seriously, be honest and hold your integrity throughout.we finally managed to run away from this builder and building broker. literally the best but costly decision in our lives.

Really regret choosing to build with Start Right Homes. I was so hesitant about building but Jeenu assured me that i would be in my new home by Christmas. After my contract was signed Mikaela told me that wouldnt even start before next year. When i expressed my concerns to her all she did was give me attitude. I was so excited to be building my first home but the whole experience has been ruined. I greatly suggest going somewhere else.So an update Start Right obviously don't seem concerned about negative posts or comments but I find it very disappointing that they were quick to take my money but not do a single thing to keep me updated on progress or for that matter have no progress happening at all! So that just confirms that I made a horrible decision to entrust this company with building my home! for goodness sake if you are looking to build a new home stay away from Start Right Homes at all cost you will be much better off

Dear new client.I recommend this builder to building your dream house. Your dream house will complete on time everything beautifully inside your house ( dream ). But when you wake up you will see nothing progress in your true house"With this the builder it not professional team

Contacted SRH on 17th October 2022 to report water damage in the house they constructed in 2019, and asked if this can be addressed under warranty. Elise CC'd an email to Mikaela requesting to contact me. No response. I followed up on 4th November 2022 for an update. No response. I followed up on 7th December 2022 to ask if they can help me or to seek other repair services. Mikaela finally responded and advised that she will organise the maintenance crew to assess the damage. Cool. But nothing happened. Contacted them again on 16th March 2023. Hellooo? It is now 4th April 2023. I feel like I'm yelling into the void.What happened, guys? My previous experience was positive. But your service now? Whack.

I don’t normally leave reviews although I felt like I had to with these guys due to the amount of time they wasted for myself. The builders should advise there desires on paper when everything is being signed rather than waiting till a offer is given and then adding the fine print in later. Waste of time dealing with this company, probably a good time to work on your communication skills.

I have never experienced such bad service which starts ftom management. Try calling and you will never get to speak to anyone. Emails don’t get answered on time or just don’t get answered. If and when you get to speak to someone you will get excuse after excuse, empty promises.I have been waiting for 4 months for a refund for works that were never ever started and Chris Tusalis keeps avoiding my calls and between him and Brian I have had no positive response.Be warned if you have any dealings with this company you will have to be ready to expect unprofessional and extremely bad customer service.

Was about to use Start Right Homes. Once again another builder taking money for a PPA then doing nothing. Awful communication, staff changing, notactioning what they should but keep your money. Found them very unprofessional and would not recommend them as a builder.

Impossible to get in contact with, recently completed work on one of there new home builds. Invoice still unpaid after 60 days excuse after excuse, any tradies stay clear unless you’re willing to organise debt collectors to get paid for your work.Very disappointing
