Megara Property

I am so glad that my wife and I signed up with Megara. We were looking to downsize and retire by the sea, when the opportunity came up of a coastal lifestyle virtually on the water, we took the plunge. We have been in our new townhouse for about six months now and the lifestyle is absolutely magical. We love the walks by the beach, swimming, the natural sound of the ocean and seagulls on a windy day, the smell of the fresh ocean breeze when we sit on our balcony, being able to walk the marina boulevard and the proximity of shops and cafes. We are looking forward to anchoring our boat to the new marina pens which are being built, so we can enjoy some fishing and sailing, watching the sunset. Megara were very professional in all aspects of our contract and the townhouse they promised us, is well built and suits the coastal environment. I would definitely deal again with Megara and its representatives and would recommend to family and friends

No place like home great food and restaurants that have a traditional Greek food cooked by the mother of the house and it has nice beaches and good fishing.

Very disappointing, we bought a home built by these guys and had builders warranty for six years.Didn't take liability for water damage in home, had our own builder go through says its definitely something that should be under warranty.After endless emails, got no where.Wouldn't recommend this company.

In my opinion Megara put profits before people and have little regard for the community. Megara have recently put forward a development proposal in West Perth and in my opinion they have an expectation that they should not have to comply with many of the development requirements. The development does not have the support of the local council or community and was rejected by the development assessment panel however Megara have applied to the SAT to fight the decision.

Greedy profit making mongrels determined to ruin our beautiful WA coastal suburbs with hideous sterile sun blocking buildings. Keep your hands off our coast.
