As a mid 50s mostly owner occupier, I re-entered as a renter a couple of years ago. The property shown to me pristine, secure and very clean and new.Any issue I've ever had has been dealt with by Sharon and Ella promptly and efficiently. Their ability to get a quick, decisive response from the relevant strata managers very impressive.I'd like to recommend Frasers Property as calm, efficient and professional property managers. The ability to do virtual property inspections amid COVID19 shows how responsive they are.The apartment had FTTP broadband, excellent facilities/appliances and quite a luxurious lifestyle for the rent being asked.We leave on good terms and without having had a single issue or concern. I give credit where it is due and Frasers have proven themselves adept at residential property management and setting a high benchmark.

I've been renting with Madeleine for over 3 years. Never have we had such an amazing agent who has gone above and beyond to keep us happy as tenants. Honest, reliable and happy to devote her time to keep us happy!3 years and 3 different Apartments more to come.Thank you for your amazing service

Very poor property managers which they can't even organise an inspection or even advertise properly on website. as a tenant who is searching for unit to rent I traveled from Sydney to perth for inspection based on property manager's schedule. However she didn't answer her phone at the time of inspection and apparently blocked my number. they don't even deserve one star. however I'm sorry for those who give their property to these mobs to manage. really disappointing.

My partner and I cant praise Madeleine and her team at Frasers Property enough for their professionalism and care towards their tenants; so much so that we have continued to lease multiple properties across Perth with Madeleine for the past 2 years. Thanks for going above and beyond, always!

As a tenant in the apartments in Cockburn Central managed by Frasers Property, I was appalled at the service of this real estate. A few complaints: (1) I could never get in contact with the agent or the agent would take weeks to respond (calls or emails) (2) to get anything fixed was a nightmare (either took weeks or the problem got so bad it was a danger to me - live wires exposed took 2 weeks to get repaired) (3) when I handed over my keys, I wanted to book the inspection so I could be present...this took weeks to organize and then the agent cancelled and did the inspection without me present (using the excuse the agent could not get in touch with me - even though I followed up to re-schedule) (4) after the inspection the agent sent photos of the property that were taken 6 months previously (I had taken pictures after I had cleaned and they did not match up)...which makes me wonder if the agent actually did the inspection. (5) I moved country and only got my bond back 2 months after handing over my keys and only because I had to follow-up on bond release almost on a daily basis. I would not recommend doing any business with this company.

Very poor customer service. Do not give your rental property to this company as they have no urgency to rent your property out. They do not put the owner first and have no concern for tenants. Avoid!

Having leased through Frasers Property for two years, we can say that they have been the best property managers we have dealt with.Our property managers Sharon and Ella were delightful, and always replied promptly to any issue or enquiry.5-star rating +++Justin & Oskar.

That's so bad that we can not give zero star using Google...worst agent that I had in Perth was in Frasers property (Madeleine Schutte)!

I moved into the Fraser's property 12 months ago and been really impressed with the experience I have encountered with Ella and Sharon. I've mainly dealt with Ella during my time whose always been super responsive and great to deal with. Keep up the great work Ella & Sharon.
